दो सप्ताह पूर्व दिल्ली पुलिस के विशेष सेल ने तीन साइबर ठगों को ग्राफ्तर किया था लेकिन ऐसा लगता है की इन ठगों का गिरोह काफी बड़ा है और अनेक देशो और शहरों में इनके सहियोगी और दलाल सक्रिए हैं । कुछ माह पूर्व इंदौर के पलासिया क्षेत्र में इस्तिथ एक सोफ्टवेयर कंपनी में कार्यरत एक युवक इसी प्रकार के प्रलोभन में फंस कर दो लाख रूपये से अधिक की राशी गवां चुका है । उसे भी लोटरी का विजेता होने की सूचना दे कर मुम्बई में दो लाख रूपये से अधिक राशी ठग ली थी । ये युवक शर्म के कारण इस विषय अधिक चर्चा करने से कतरा रहा है।
